SMU Alumnus Kelvin Beachum Jr. ’11, ’12, Steelers OT, Reaches Out To Fans This Father’s Day

Kelvin L. Beachum Jr. ’11, ’12 was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers after graduation from SMU and has been called the smallest left tackle in the NFL with the biggest heart. The first-time father – he and wife Jessica welcomed their first child, daughter Kalena, in November – will spend Saturday in his hometown of Mexia, where he will help the Capital Area Food Bank of Texas launch a mobile food pantry.
