We awoke to about 5-6 inches of snow. Turns out the CERN rental cars do NOT have snow tires, so we got 30 feet before the car got stuck in ice and snow. We spent about 30 minutes rocking it out of place and back to parking. Then we declared a snow day!
That was pretty much what happened to me, too! Except I didn’t make it 30 feet, I got just outside of my covered parking and was promptly stuck in the snow.
