Clarence Brown

Clarence Brown is Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Kronos Worldwide, Inc., a major international producer of titanium dioxide products. Before joining Kronos, Mr. Brown served as Senior Attorney at McAfee, Inc., and was a corporate and securities attorney with a predecessor firm of Locke Lord LLP.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Texas General Counsel Forum, previously serving as Dallas Chapter President.  Mr. Brown has on the Board of Trustees of St. Philip’s School & Community Center and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Readers 2 Leaders, a West Dallas based reading literacy non-profit organization.  Mr. Brown earned his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law.

Rudy Rodríguez, Jr. is Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Human Resources Officer, and Corporate Secretary of CEC Entertainment, Inc., which include Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper Pizza restaurants in 47 states and 12 foreign countries or territories. Mr. Rodriquez also leads the Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, HRIS), HR Compliance, and Corporate and Field Human Resources functions. Before joining CEC Entertainment, Mr. Rodriguez practiced litigation at several Dallas law firms and worked in the legal departments of American Airlines and J.C. Penney. He serves on the boards of directors of the Dallas Zoological Society, the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, is President of the Denton High School Family Assistance Foundation. Mr. Rodriguez earned his BA from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.

Jason Smith

Jason Smith is Managing Director for Elevate Services and current Chair of the State Bar of Texas, Corporate Counsel Section. Jason has over 20 years of experience as a practicing attorney (both firm and in-house) and legal technology consultant. He focuses on emerging technology trends and innovation in the legal profession and has received the Award of Merit from the State Bar of Texas for service to the legal technology community. He’s been a finalist for the ILTA Leadership Award four of the past six years. He also has a passion for Access to Justice and under his leadership, the State Bar of Texas Computer & Technology Section was awarded the Pro Bono Service Award by the Texas Access to Justice Commission. Jason earned his B.A. from Southwest Texas State University and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.

Amy Raney Yeager
Executive VP & Chief Legal Officer, Children’s Health

Amy Yeager serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Children’s Health, joining the Senior Leadership Team at Children’s Health in February 2019. In her role, Amy oversees the strategy and direction for legal services at Children’s Health. Her background includes extensive legal experience with Dallas area hospitals, health care systems, and physician practices. Prior to assuming her position at Children’s Health, Amy spent 12 years at Baylor Scott & White Health overseeing the legal department for the North Texas division. While at Baylor Scott & White Health, she managed legal aspects of multiple high-profile real estate matters, intellectual property matters, system-wide rebranding initiatives, and the merger of Baylor Health Care System and Scott & White Healthcare. Prior to joining healthcare organizations, Amy was a partner at the law firm of Gardere Wynne Sewell, LLP (now Foley Gardere), specializing in healthcare. Her career in healthcare began when working for what is now Tenet Healthcare, and the law firm Cooper Glasgow Kupchynsky & Kittelson. She holds a B.A. from Baylor University and a J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law.
