Michelle Schulz

As chair of Polsinelli’s International Trade and Customs practice, Michelle Schulz advises clients on a multitude of international trade and customs filings, audits, government investigations and public policy matters. She is a nationally recognized leader in her field, serving as a senior trade advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative on the Industry Trade advisory for Aerospace. Michelle routinely advocates for exporters and importers in federal investigations, fines and penalties, audits, disclosures, export licensing and other international trade-related matters. She focuses on regulatory compliance and enforcement under U.S. law applicable to exports and imports and on compliance and enforcement matters under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

Michelle holds a J.D. from the University of Texas at Austin, an M.A. from Vanderbilt University, and a B.A. From Tulane University.

Mark Jenkins

Mark Jenkins joined Kreller in July 2021 opening Kreller’s Dallas office. He has over 20 years of experience in forensic accounting, financial investigations, fraud risk assessments, anti-corruption consulting and financial analysis including eleven years with Deloitte. He has in-depth knowledge and skills in managing litigation projects and investigations in both domestic and international environments with extensive experience in Latin America. He regularly provides global anti-corruption due diligence and training to international business entities. He is fluent in Spanish and has an international MBA from Thunderbird. Before joining Kreller, he co-founded Fidelity Forensics Group LLC, a forensic accounting, investigations and anti-corruption consulting firm.
