Fund the acquisition of a new piano for the Meadows School of the Arts Division of Music.

Description

Meadows has a longstanding tradition of excellence in piano performance.  With this distinction comes the need for us to provide our outstanding students with the very best in musical equipment.  Pianos can weaken over time, but given the right tools, students will continue to improve.  Your support is instrumental!

“The best thing about being a music major at Meadows is the amount of performance time you can get, even in your first year.  I got to spend a lot of time performing in many different groups and settings from the very start of my career here, and that is extremely valuable to me.”
— Brennan Moran, Class of 2019

“Being a pianist in Meadows meant that I belonged to a family of incredibly talented musicians who never ceased to motivate, inspire, and make me laugh! It was a blessing to be surrounded by professors and colleagues who respected and challenged me both as a pianist and an individual, thus fostering a safe environment that helped me grow in ways I couldn’t have otherwise.”
—Aveline Chan, Class of 2017
