An Update on Our
Homecoming Tailgate

SMU Meadows has made the tough decision to forgo hosting its annual Homecoming tailgate this year.

Two years ago, the school established a new Office of Alumni and Career Success that connects alumni to students for career networking purposes. This initiative has grown significantly since that time, requiring us to reallocate our finite staffing and financial resources in support of this important project. This investment is not in vain, however. This year alone, more than 500 alumni have signed up to serve as Meadows Mentors for our students, helping them navigate their own career paths in the arts, communications, media and design.

If you’re a Meadows grad, we hope you’ll consider signing-up for this program! The time commitment is minimal (in just thirty-minutes, you can review a resume or reel, speak to a class, or participate in a virtual informational interview with a student), but the impact on a student’s career development can be significant.

If you’re in search of a place to Boulevard, we recommend registering for the SMU Alumni Fan Zone and Reunion Village, hosted by the SMU Alumni Relations team. Details follow:
