We’re making lots of progress on deploying new telephones on campus, and we would also like to let you know that international dialing will be updated on June 23, 2020 for those new AudioCodes VoIP phones. Let’s use Disney Tokyo’s phone number as an example of how to make an international call.
Disney Tokyo’s number is +81-570003932. Here’s what you need to dial on your AudioCodes phone:

If you are using Skype for Business on your computer to make phone calls, you can dial this number in two ways; +81570003932 or 01181570003932.
Also, you have access to call state and local service numbers from your SMU phone. Here are a few examples:

- 311 – City of Dallas customer services
- 511 – Dallas Roadside assistance + Traffic
- 711 – Relay Services for deaf/hard of hearing
- 811 – Texas Call before you dig
