Perceptive Content Experience Now Launching from my.SMU

Perceptive Content LogoWe recently told you about changes that have been in the works for Perceptive Content, the document imaging and storage solution also known as AdminImages. Starting November 22, the new web-based Perceptive Experience will replace the existing WebNow service within my.SMU.

Experience will now launch instead of WebNow when you click on the “half-moon” icon found on select pages within my.SMU. The best part of Experience is that it works in all major browsers on Windows, Mac, and mobile devices without the need for Java! No longer do Mac users have to worry about being able to access document images, and other users don’t have to use Internet Explorer or mess with pesky Java installations.

We hope you enjoy this modern, easier way to view documents in my.SMU. No action is needed on your part in order to begin using the new Experience. If you have any questions or issues during this transition, give the IT Help Desk a call at 214-768-4357.
