Winter break is once again fast approaching, and we would like to make you aware of the winter hours for the IT Help Desk.
Regular hours will continue until December 13, when the Desk will switch to winter hours of 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday. On Saturday, December 15, the hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. They will be closed on Sunday (12/ 16). The Desk will be closed entirely from December 22 to January 1. Winter hours continue until January 5 when the Desk will open at 9 AM.
Emergency IT support will be available as always by calling the Help Desk number. Please note– staff will not be monitoring the requests submitted via email or on the online portal during the winter break. If there is an emergency, please call.
