Starting December 14, 2017, the IT Help Desk will move to Winter hours. Our weekday hours will be 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and the IT Help Desk will be closed on weekends until the weekend of January 20, 2018.
During the period from December 23, 2017, to January 2, 2018, we will be closed for the Winter Break. During this time, emergency IT issues can be reported via our after-hours emergency voicemail.
The IT Help Desk will be open the weekend of January 20th and will resume normal hours the week of January 22nd for the Spring semester.
