Sitecore Forms: Let Your Web Page do the Work!

If you manage or edit a web page within SMU’s Sitecore content management system, you may not know that there is a powerful feature that can be used to collect information from your page’s visitors.

Sitecore Forms allow you to create forms that can be filled out by a visitor to your page. Once submitted, the data can be sent to you via e-mail or placed in a database. Say goodbye to third-party forms that don’t match your site’s design and take visitors away from your pages! Forms can be used to obtain information for a mailing list, collect registrations for an event, or any other use you see fit.

For more information on how to get started creating forms for your Sitecore pages, stop by our wiki to see introductory videos and documentation. Here’s an example of the videos you can take advantage of:

As always, you can also give the IT Help Desk a call at 214-768-4357 if you need a helping hand.
