Wireless Outage Update – Resolved

Update: The wireless issue has been resolved. The root cause has been identified and a fix implemented.  We will continue to monitor connections to ensure all service is restored.  At this point, we are confident that wireless service is stable.

We continue to experience intermittent issues with wireless across campus. IT staff have been engaged with the vendors all day troubleshooting the issues. The work will continue tonight. The behavior has been intermittent and is not isolated to a specific location, operating system, or device type.

We will update as soon as we have more information.
