Cancellation refund policy: please read this page before registering

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes prevent a registered delegate from attending the conference.

If you submit a refund request on or before March 1, 2019, INCS will refund 50 percent of your registration fee, minus a $25 administrative fee.

We regret  that we cannot issue refunds for requests sent on or after March 1.

We will consider exceptions for serious medical and family emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Should the need arise, you must provide an explanation to the conference organizer, who will confer with the President of INCS. In such cases, if a refund is granted, a $25 administrative fee will be assessed.

INCS membership dues (payable at the membership page of the official INCS website) are non-refundable.

Important Dates

    • Jan  8:      Conference registration begins.
    • Feb  1:       Paper portal opens; please upload your paper of approximately 10 pages (not counting images and bibliography) by March 1
    • Feb 15:     Last day to register at the regular rate ($15 late fee assessed thereafter)
    • March 1:   Last day to register for hotel at the conference group rate.
    • March 1:   Last day for cancellation under the terms specified above.
