Emma Parker is a junior at Southern Methodist University working toward a B.B.A. in Financial Consulting and a B.A. in History with a minor in Music. She is the Warden of Alpha Chi Omega sorority, an SMU Board Fellow on the Board of Directors for the Magdalen House, a member of the Cox Collegiate Consulting Academy, and a member of Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity.
Emma has also been recognized as a Distinguished Scholar and Hilltop Scholar, and has received Cox’s Susie V. and Edgar W. Armentrout Scholarship, SMU Honor Roll – Spring 2018, and SMU Honor Roll with Distinction – Fall 2018, Spring 2019, and Fall 2020. After completing her undergraduate studies at SMU, Emma plans to work in strategy (management) consulting, eventually earn an M.B.A., and live abroad for a few years.
At the Hunt Institute, Emma is a Financial Analyst managing the budget for the Institute and tracking relevant financial information for projects.
