ShelbyLauren Griffith is a Freshman at Southern Methodist University working toward a B.S. in Political Science, Public Policy, and Economics with Financial Applications with minors in Spanish, History, and Human Rights. She is also treasurer of SMU’s chapter of Amnesty International, a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, member of the Campus Services Student Advisory Panel, and a member of Alpha Chi Omega Sorority.
ShelbyLauren has been recognized as a Hunt Leadership Scholar, Pre-Law Scholar, and Hilltop Scholar. After completing her undergraduate studies at SMU, she hopes to attend law school and start a career in international relations. In her free time, ShelbyLauren enjoys reading, running, and yoga.
At the Hunt Institute, ShelbyLauren is an undergraduate Project Manager where she leads teams working on projects within the Global Development Lab using project management best practices to balance the three drivers of a project: time, budget, and scope.
