Tuition Benefits: New Procedures for Updating the Benefit Request

Posted on January 25, 2012 by

No More Forms!

Updating your Tuition Benefit request to indicate a change in hours is now easier than ever.

Simply email us at tuitionbenefits@smu.edu and indicate the change that needs to be implemented (increase or decrease in hours being taken and which term). Please include your student ID number and name in the subject line to help us more efficiently process your account changes.

Not Sure of Your Original Request or Want to View the Requested Change?

You may review your current request by logging on to Access.SMU with your SMU user name and password and then navigating to Self-Service>Benefits>Tuition Benefits Request>Review Summary.

Changes to your student account will be posted within 5 business days of receipt of the request.

You may always review your student account at the beginning of a new term via Access.SMU > Student Center> Account Summary.

Questions? Email us at tuitionbenefits@smu.edu.
