SMU Farmers Market Tips and Tidbits

Citrus fruits are excellent sources of vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant that can reduce the risk of cancer and other chronic diseases.  Come to the SMU Farmers’ Market to check out the great selection of citrus fruits including blood oranges, clementines, and starfruit!

 


Deep green veggies are also good sources of vitamin C and other important nutrients, making them a great addition to dishes or as a side snack.  Check out our selection at the SMU Farmers we’ve got green bell peppers and snow peas, just to name a few!
