Spring Break Means Free Group Exercise Classes at Dedman Center

During spring break, from March 12-20, Dedman Center will allow all faculty and staff to attend any group exercise class on the schedule for FREE!

It’s a great opportunity to try out group exercise classes while attendance is light. Cycle Fit, TRX, Zumba, Power Yoga, and more are available during the week. Dedman Center offers classes morning, noon, and right after work, so there’s probably a class that will fit your schedule perfectly. You may log 1 Body credit in Wellpower for every group exercise class you attend at Dedman Center.

Please note, you do need a Dedman Center membership to attend these classes, but that’s just $10 a month for benefit-eligible staff and faculty. Go by the main desk at Dedman Center to complete your membership application anytime.
