SMU CAPE is pleased to announce two new online certificate programs, Sales Development Science and Sales Operations Science, with educational partner GreenFig.
Sales Development Science covers all the key areas required to sell more efficiently and effectively. Tools, data, analytics, protocols and processes now play as big a role as persuasion and persistence for sales teams. This program explores the science behind these activities and the data-driven strategies for developing, managing and converting sales leads and pipeline into revenue.
In the Sales Operations Science program, students acquire the knowledge and skills required to be effective at driving the productivity and capacity of a company’s selling resources. Students will create a strategic sales operations playbook through activities to increase productivity and revenue. Along the way, they will earn a variety of digital credentials in Salesforce to demonstrate their competency with that platform.
