Due to high demand for tickets to the SMU-Texas A&M football game on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, SMU Athletics will distribute faculty and staff tickets next week instead of on game day.
Faculty and staff members can pick up SMU-TAMU tickets at the main Athletics Ticket Office near Gate 3 at Ford Stadium Tuesday, Sept. 2-Friday, Sept. 5. Tickets will be distributed between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. or until all tickets have been claimed. Faculty/staff tickets must be picked up early for this game. There will be no game-day distribution.
SMU faculty and staff members with a valid University ID may receive up to two (2) complimentary tickets. In addition, each person can claim additional tickets for one (1) other faculty or staff member by bringing his or her University ID.
If a faculty or staff member would like to purchase additional tickets, he or she may do so when picking up complimentary tickets.
Reserved seats are limited, and all seats are subject to availability. When all reserved seats are allocated, standing-room-only tickets will be issued until the allotment is exhausted.
SMU Athletics has reminded the University community that the resale of complimentary tickets is prohibited and may result in the loss of ticket privileges for the rest of the academic year.
Faculty/staff tickets will be available on game day for all other 2014-15 SMU football home games. They can be claimed at the SMU Faculty/Staff Entrance at Gate 6. To view the entire 2014 football schedule, click here.
