Meadows-Kitchen Dog theatrical collaboration opens Nov. 16

Our Lady of 121st StreetThe Meadows Theatre Division collaborates with Dallas’ acclaimed Kitchen Dog Theater for Our Lady of 121st Street, running Nov. 16-Dec. 15 at the McKinney Avenue Contemporary (MAC), 3120 McKinney Avenue. The co-production is directed by KDT Co-Artistic Director Tina Parker (’91).

In this recent Off-Broadway hit, written by Stephen Adly Guirgis, a group of friends gather at a Harlem funeral home to mourn the death of a beloved nun from their childhood. As they confront old hurts and the harsh realities of grown-up life, a murder mystery and a few lives begin to unravel.

DTC production is a point of “Pride”
