Three outstanding faculty authors were honored for books published in 2007 at the Godbey Lecture Series Authors’ Award Luncheon April 28. Honorees are chosen for their outstanding scholarly research, publications and teaching ability. Each receives an award of $1,000.
This year’s recipients were:
• Crista DeLuzio, associate professor of history, for Female Adolescence in American Scientific Thought, 1830-1930;
• Joerg Rieger, professor of systematic theology, for Christ & Empire: From Paul to Postcolonial Times;
• Timothy Rosendale, assistant professor of English, for Liturgy and Literature in the Making of Protestant England.
