YeSeung Lee is a Lecturer in Cultural Studies at the University of Westminster, having previously taught at De Montfort University and the Royal College of Art. She is the author of Seamlessness: Making and (Un)knowing in Fashion Practice (2016) and the editor of Surface and Apparition: The Immateriality of Modern Surface (2020) and has also published journal articles exploring topics in fashion, textiles, luxury studies, and cultural studies. Her current research investigates the relationships between praxis, material culture, and sociopolitical identity by analysing the surfaces of everyday environments.
