Undergraduate Advisor Maira Meki was recently awarded for her outstanding efforts helping undergraduate Econ majors navigate their way through their studies by the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA). At their South-Central Regional Conference on February 28, 2020, Maira received one of four awards given to Primary Advisors for Excellence in Advising.
The award reflects Maira’s invaluable contribution to the Economics Department and the enormous impact her advising has already had on countless students since she joined less than two years ago. We hope this continues for many years to come, congratulations Maira!
