On Sunday night at the annual Pony Awards, SMU took a night to honor the many achievements of Mustang student-athl
etes this year.
The most prestigious honor, the Athletic Director’s S.P.I.R.I.T. Award, was presented to football’s Justin Lawler and women’s soccer’s Claire Oates for epitomizing SMU’s values of Service, Passion, Integrity, Respect, Innovation and Teamwork.
