Announcement: The Department of Mathematics wishes to congratulate Lu Zhang who has accepted a position at Columbia University.
Lu’s research is on the numerical studies of wave propagation phenomena and has worked under the supervision of Prof. Tom Hagstrom. Beginning in Fall 2020, she will be the Ju Tang Chu and Wu Ping Chu Assistant Professor of Applied Mathematics at Columbia University.
