UNIVERSITY PARK — Chad Morris enters the Hall of Champions at Gerald J. Ford Stadium dressed in a navy plaid jacket, a pair of glasses in his hand. As he sits at the podium for his weekly news conference, he puts on the rectangular spectacles to read his notes off a college-ruled manila folder. If you didn’t know better, you might think he was a Dedman College professor who lost his way on campus.
The handwritten notes are full of stats and figures that Morris believes can tell the story of SMU’s previous game and its upcoming opponent.
