Dedman College Online Courses

Screenshot of SPAN 1401 online

Over the past two years, Dedman College has launched 20 new online courses in World Languages and Literatures, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, and Sociology. These online courses are mostly offered during summer and intersessions. Thirty-six (36) faculty have also successfully completed the online teaching certification for Dedman College. The certification is required to develop and teach an online course for the college. Each course development project spans 12-18 months and is managed through the Academic Technology Services (ATS) Office. Certification training is also managed through the ATS Office with support from the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE). If you’d like to take a look at one of our online courses, or learn more about teaching online for Dedman College, contact Michael Robertson.
