Save the Date (Dec 9): CMB Seminar with Brian Anderson, MD MSc

Dec. 3, 2025 – Next week, Culture, Mind, and Brain, a Dedman College Interdisciplinary Institute Research Cluster, will host Brian Anderson MD, MSc, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at UCLA. The event will be held virtually at 5:30pm on December 9. Oct. 29, 2024 – We are pleased to announce the return of the Culture, Mind, and Brain Seminar Series, a collaboration between SMU’s Dedman College Interdisciplinary Institute and the UT Southwestern Medical Center. The first event of the 2024 series, “Coping with Aging and Adversity in the Pandemic’s Aftermath: Perspectives from Latinx Immigrant Women in NYC,” will be held on Zoom at 5:30pm CST on November 13 with Heather Wurtz, Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Anthropology at the University of Connecticut.
