Who should attend?
The program is designed for individuals and/or teams who touch the customer experience at their firm, and who are empowered to drive new initiatives within their organization. Because it is interdisciplinary, it is appropriate for professionals from a diverse range of fields, including but not limited to those in the following functional roles: sales executives, marketing or brand managers, product management, IT, finance, operations, and legal.

When do classes begin?
The course is offered several times throughout the year, with the first program November 14-17, 2016.

How long will it take to complete the program?
The program can be completed in four days.

How much time should I expect to spend in the coursework?
The majority of time will be spent in the classroom. Participants should plan to spend a few hours both before and during the program for preparation and group projects.

Is there an application fee?
No, there is no application fee. Participants can apply online.

Are there any prerequisites or work experience required?
No, the course is designed for participants with no prior CX knowledge and does not require any technical skills.

What is the cost of the program?
The program costs $4,995. This price includes the cost of a tablet, which participants keep after the program. Group discounts are available for teams of 3 or more individuals.

What type of financial aid is available?
