Kramer Carnival-Volunteers and Performers Needed!
1. Event: Kramer Elementary School Carnival (7131 Midbury Drive Dallas , TX 75230).
2. When: Saturday, November 5 from 2-6pm.
3. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: 9 am-7:30 pm
a. Proposed Shifts:
i. Shift 1: 9 am-1 pm (Set-Up Crew)
ii. Shift 2: 1-5 pm (Carnival)
iii. Shift 3: 3:30-7:30 pm (Carnival and Clean-up)
4. *Alternative Volunteer Shifts: If students are not available for one of the proposed shifts, we encourage them to volunteer anytime between 9am-7:30pm. When possible, committing to a 2 hour shift would be greatly appreciated.
5. Other Details: If any student is interested in sharing a special talent (face painting, tattoo artist, talent demos etc)…please let us know! Also, our school has a large number of native Spanish speakers. This is a great opportunity for advanced Spanish classes to interact with our Spanish speaking families and help us make sure it is inclusive! The day of the event, everyone will check-in at volunteer registration. Anyone working a four hour shift will be provided lunch.
