Meadows School of the Arts

Katelyn is a sophomore Hunt Scholar and Meadows Scholar who is majoring in journalism in Meadows School of the Arts and Spanish in Dedman College of Humanities and Sciences, with a minor in political science. During summer 2012, she is participating in SMU-in-Costa Rica, where she’s hoping to improve her Spanish skills and immerse herself in the culture. Continue reading

Annamarie is a junior Distinguished Scholar majoring in film and media arts in Meadows School of the Arts and psychology in Dedman College. She is spending spring 2012 in Prague, the Czech Republic, where she is attending the CET Film Production program with SMU Abroad. She is looking forward to working with film students from all over the world at Prague’s highly competitive Film and Television School (FAMU). Continue reading
Virginia is a junior majoring in art history in Meadows School of the Arts, with a minor in French in Dedman College. During spring 2012, she is studying in Paris with SMU Abroad and the IES Business and International Affairs Program. Trigg is a senior President’s Scholar majoring in business at the Cox School of Business and theatre at Meadows School of the Arts (a combination he likes to call “Show Business”). He is the featured magician in a new Las Vegas magic show called the “Vegas Magic Theatre” January 12-15 at the Gold Coast Casino. Continue reading
