Adam Garnick has received a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Award to teach next year in Budapest, Hungary. Garnick earned a Master of Education degree in May from the Annette Caldwell Simmons School of Education and Human Development at SMU.
F. Chase Simmons is chair-elect of Polsinelli, an Am Law 100 firm serving corporations, institutions and entrepreneurs nationally. Simmons has been with Polsinelli since 1997 and currently serves as chair of the firm’s national real estate practice group and real estate equity group.

Erin Culver, a quality assurance engineer for BWX Technologies Nuclear Operations Group, was honored with the Women in Manufacturing STEP (Science, Technology, Engineering and Production) Ahead Award on April 20 by the Manufacturing Institute. The STEP Ahead Awards honor women who have demonstrated excellence and leadership in their careers and represent all levels of the manufacturing industry, from the factory floor to the C-suite.
Tony Casagrande, PE, has been promoted to president of Campos Engineering, Inc. He started working for the firm as a student and joined the team full time after graduating from SMU.
