Keith Beckman ’93

Keith Beckman is co-founder and managing partner of Benchmark Private Wealth Management, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Benchmark Bank and a registered investment advisor recently formed to better provide customers with a complete suite of financial services. Beckman, who earned an MBA from SMU’s Cox School of Business in 1993, currently serves as senior vice president/director of special projects for Benchmark Bank. Keith’s prior positions include serving as senior vice president of CSG Investments, where he was responsible for purchasing and originating investments for the organization; portfolio manager at Highland Capital Management; and senior analyst for Richmond Investment Advisors. A former Eagle Scout who remains deeply involved in the Dallas-area Boy Scouts, Keith holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. A member of Highland Park United Methodist Church, he and wife Shelley and their two children reside in Dallas. Benchmark is a community bank offering personalized services ranging from business and personal banking to commercial and construction loans to mortgage lending and title services. The bank, which has offices in Dallas, University Park, Plano and Austin, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
