Chris Rogers has been promoted to partner by Haynes and Boone, LLP. Rogers is a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Dallas. His practice focuses on controversies involving actual or threatened government criminal enforcement and related civil litigation. He has represented corporations and individuals who were targets, subjects, or witnesses in criminal investigations by government agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the U.S. Department of Transportation, and state attorneys general. He graduated with honors from SMU, earning a B.B.A. from the Cox School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in History from Dedman College before receiving a juris doctorate from Duke University School of Law.
