Mustangs Climb In Rankings

The SMU men’s basketball team is ranked No. 19 in the Associated Press Top 25 and No. 23 in the USA Today Coaches Poll. The Mustangs (22-4, 12-1 American Athletic Conference) climbed from No. 25 in the AP Poll and into the Coaches Poll for the first time this season after receiving votes for five straight weeks. SMU beat then-No. 11 Cincinnati 60-51 on February 12 and defeated Tulane, 80-75, on February 15.
