NoViolet Bulawayo ’07

NoViolet Bulawayo is a Stegner Fellow at Stanford University. She won the 2011 Caine Prize for African Writing for her short story “Hitting Budapest,” and her debut novel, We Need New Names, was one of six finalists for the prestigious 2013 Man Booker Prize for fiction.
