PowerPC left behind by Adobe

Adobe Kicks PowerPC To The CurbToday, Adobe updated PowerPC users in their plans for the future of Adobe products. According to the Creative Suite 4 Family FAQ, “Adobe intends for future versions of the Creative Suite range of products to run on Intel based Macs with no support for their installation on PowerPC systems.” Your current CS3 & CS4 applications will continue to run on both PowerPC and Intel based systems. Unfortunately, unless there is a “critical issues,” there will be no more updates or patches for PowerPC users.
