The 555 field in the bib record seems to be displaying under both the “Indexes” label and the “Notes” label, so that it appears twice in the OPAC display. See the title “Oil and gas development” as an example. [Submitted by Angela Jones March 26, 2009 14:25]

This problem was fixed on the test server in early April and on the production server with the upgrade in early June.
