Katherine Davis, SMU Class of 2015, is known for her upbeat, vivacious personality and huge smile. Her positive outlook is one of the many ways she contributes to the mustangconsulting team. Katherine is a double Communications and Public Relations Major with a Film/Media Arts minor.
At SMU Katherine has pursued her passion for positively impacting others by serving as Community Service Chair for her sorority, Chi Omega. In this role she helped to coordinate SMU Chi Omega’s support for the Make-A-Wish foundation and the Ronald McDonald house. Katherine has also been involved with the ESL Deadmen College Speaking Buddy Program and Relay for Life.
Post-graduation, Katherine hopes to give a voice to the unheard by connecting her communication studies with community service projects and a possible career in nonprofit communication. Katherine is also interested in pursuing communication research opportunities after graduation and many of her mustangconsulting projects involve research using IBM SPSS Software to compile client information.
Originally from Park City, Utah, Katherine loves spending time outdoors interacting with nature. One of her favorite places is Walloon Lake in Northern Michigan where she can waterski and hike with her family.
If you have the chance to work with Katherine on mustangconsulting, you will leave every meeting with a smile on your face and pleased with the work she has completed on your behalf. Katherine’s favorite quote by Mark Twain truly encompasses her personality and the passion she brings to every project she is part of; “humor is mankind’s greatest blessing.”
