Hello Loydians!
Welcome to Loyd Commons!
Our values as a commons include creativity, leadership, growth, purpose, responsibility.
Loyd’s colors are emerald green and black, our mascot is a llama, and our motto is “Inspiring Community through Service.”
Our commons is located on the southeast main part of campus. Loyd is right next to the Anita and Truman Arnold Dining Commons and the state-of-the-art Dedman Gym.
Residents have the ability to park at a convenient walks distance to the Mustang Parking Center.
Our residential building consists of mostly Freshmen and Sophomore students. We have our Residential Assistants, the RCD, and the FIR living in house with the residents.
