Difficult Conversations

Originally scheduled for Oct 20 from Noon – 1:00,  this session will be moved to 9-10:00 on the same day to accommodate the recently announced Staff Association Talent Show at noontime. Class location remains the same – HR Training Room, Expressway Tower #208

This Quick Takes workshop focuses on the skill and attitude of navigating difficult conversations with people at work or in your personal life. Based upon current popular research and methodologies, along with over 20 years of experience coaching and counseling professionals in the workplace, Jeff Strese (Director of Human Resources at SMU) will facilitate this engaging learning experience.
