Stretch, Exercise, Grow…Your Brain! Take the Wellpower Mind Challenge

Mind Game Challenge
April 4 – May 2, 2011

Learning new skills and engaging the world differently helps to keep your brain active and energized. 

Challenging your brain is designed to:

  • Reduce stress
  • Boost memory and attention
  • Increase focus

Earn 1 point for every 10 minutes in these activities:

  • Completing crossword, sudoku or other puzzles
  • Playing strategy games such as chess or bridge
  • Other “brain games”–see our resource list to get started

Earn 1 point per day for the following healthy activities:

  • Getting at least 7 hours of sleep per night
  • Drinking 8 glasses of water (not tea, coffee or sodas)
  • Getting at least 30 minutes of engaging social activity (talking with friends, family)

Record 85 points in 4 weeks and earn 10 Wellpower Credits in the MIND category.
