The referred candidate must list the referring employee on their employment application at the time of hire. Names cannot be added after the application is filled out and turned in to Human Resources. Refer as many candidates as you like, there is no limit! Candidates must complete their 90-day probationary period for the referral fee to be paid. It is a great opportunity to bring new talent to the University and get paid for it!
