Unfortunately for those of you who prefer to eat a little something between meals, convenient snack foods are often loaded with sugar and fat and do little to support your body nutritionally. So if you choose to snack, take this challenge and select quick healthy foods that are better for your body. Your body, mind, and spirit will be happy you did!
In this Challenge, you will earn 1 point for every healthy snack food that you consume, with a maximum of 2 points per day. Lose 1 point per day for consuming unhealthy snacks such as a candy bar, cookies, or other snacks high in sugar or fat.
