Papers, Projects, and Finals! Oh my!

Alas… it’s that time of year again. The flowers are blooming, the weather is finally beautiful again (with the exception of the occasionally rainstorm), and the hint of summer is in the air. And yet, no one at this time can really enjoy because…

wait for it…

We are entering finals week at SMU. Gasp! Moan! Boo! Hiss!

Yep, we’ve reached that extraordinarily busy time of the year when all of our classes are drawing to a close and the professors are squeezing every last bit of information that they can into our final lectures. Within the week, most of the students will retreat into the libraries, their rooms, or the local coffee shops to study study study!

Personally I intend to overindulge in Chai Lattes from Starbucks and slice and bake cookies. It’s cool.

Now, while finals sound pretty tough, everyone DOES survive them, and comforts themselves in the fact that they are a national college phenomenon, and ALL college students are subject to them. Soon enough, we’ll all be finished, on Summer Break (YES!), and looking forward to next fall’s football lineup!

Until next time!
