The Office of New Student Orientation and Student Support invites the entire University community to the Hughes-Trigg Student Center Ballroom for free frozen treats (and priceless community bonding). SMU welcomes more than 1,400 first-year and 300 transfer students through its Academic Advising, Registration and Orientation programs this summer.

Faculty and staff members can also meet the 2014 student AARO leaders and watch a brief presentation.

SMU’s 2014 AARO program began Wednesday, June 25, with an orientation for incoming transfer students. The sessions will continue through Tuesday, Aug. 19. Please welcome new students and their parents to campus.
