- First day of classes: Monday, Aug. 20
- General Faculty Meeting: 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 22 (note new time)
- Labor Day: Monday, Sept. 3 (University offices closed)
- First Faculty Senate meeting of 2012-13: 1-3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 5 (note new time)
- Family Weekend: Friday-Sunday, Sept. 28-30
- Fall Break: Monday-Tuesday, Oct. 15-16
- Homecoming Weekend: Friday-Saturday, Oct. 26-27
- Thanksgiving: Thursday-Friday, Nov. 22-23 (University offices closed)
- Last day of classes: Monday, Dec. 3
- Final exams: Thursday-Wednesday, Dec. 6-12 (no exams scheduled for Sunday)
- December Graduation: Saturday, Dec. 15
- Christmas/Winter Break: Monday, Dec. 24, 2012-Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2013 (University offices closed)
