Tate Lecture canceled for Oct. 18, 2011

SMU’s Tate Distinguished Lecture Series has announced that due to scheduling conflicts in her new role as president and CEO of Hewlett-Packard, Meg Whitman will be unable to participate in the Tate Lecture Oct. 18 and cannot commit to another date during the 2011-12 Tate season.

Tickets and parking passes dated Oct. 18 will be honored at a later date. A replacement speaker and date will be announced as soon as possible during the 2011-12 season.
