'Symmetry' magazine banana-peel physics photoSteve Sekula, Physics, Dedman College, wrote a brief article on “back-of-the-banana” calculations made by SMU graduate students Tingting Cao and Rozmin Daya and postdoctoral researcher Aidan Randle-Conde that appeared in the August 2010 edition of Symmetry magazine. The story was based on a post Sekula wrote for the University’s SMU @ CERN blog.

Bernard Weinstein, Maguire Energy Institute, Cox School of Business, talked about the slowdown of the Texas economy with The Dallas Morning News Sept. 18, 2010.
